Malls are no longer just retail spaces, they are social hubs and places to meet. It is not enough to have a beautiful space anymore, we have to offer more to get customers to come into the store and shop in a physical environment rather than online. We understand that retailers need to have activities within the retail space other than shopping to entice customers. We believe in having a close relationship with the tenants and that we achieve with face-to-face visits every month to every single tenant and to discuss the marketing plan with them.
