T-Square Design Studio has over 20 years of local and international experience. We create any architectural drawings whether it is an addition to your existing building, new building design or updating plans for council.

Many owners have added on or made changes to their existing building without submitting plans to Council. We are able to draw up the necessary plans to reflect these additions or changes and submit the drawings to Council in order to make the entire structure legal again. All designs comply with the new national energy efficiency regulations which came into effect in 2012.

SUBMISSION AND ADMINISTRATION OF ALL APLICATIONS UNTIL APPROVED
BUILDING DEPARTMENT: Building Plan applications, Occupancy Certificate applications, Demolition Permits etc.
TOWN PLANNING: Departure applications, Consent Use Right applications, Site Development Plan (SDP) applications, Administrative Penalty applications etc.
HERITAGE WESTERN CAPE: Permit applications (required for buildings older than 60 years).
SANS 10400 ENERGY EFFICIENCY
All energy efficiency calculations and rational assessments.
AS-BUILT SURVEYS
Where no existing plans of structures exists or when structures have been built without being indicated on any existing plans.
