Booking your shipping with us is simple; this video demonstrates how to do it for your package using NGI4 Xpress. Make sure you have your account number on hand when making bookings. If not, send an email to admin@ngi4xpress.co.za, and we will open it for you.
Go to www.ngi4xpress.co.za to create an account, and enter your email address as the username. To make a booking, please follow these steps once your account is ready.
STEPS:
– Go to www.ngi4xpress.co.za
– Click customer login.
– You will be on your dashboard and click shipments on your left side.
– After that look at the top right corner and click create shipment.
– Fill in the collection address and delivery address. Note that the search engine when you type in your details will search and fill in the required information.
– Make sure that the contact name and contact details for both sender and receiver are filled in.
– Scroll down and you will find parcel dimensions details, if you do not have a measuring tape or weighing scale leave this section as default but make sure that parcel category is selected.
Then click next.
– Afterward, the “Special Requests” tab will appear; choose your request and acknowledge that it is optional.
Then click next.
– Then you can choose which service you prefer, select and click book shipment.
– Once a booking has been made, return to your dashboard, click on your package, select the setting icon in the upper right corner, and finally select “Download Waybill.” The driver will then pick up the parcel after printing the waybill and attaching it to it.
Additional
– If you are a prepaid customer you can top up your account by using any South African bank.
– Every month at the end, you will receive an invoice if you are a contract client.
– To track your package, go to your dashboard, click on it, then select Track This Shipment from the top right corner of the screen by clicking the setting symbol. Alternatively, go to www.ngi4xpress.co.za and select the “Track Your Parcel” option.
