iThemba Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Clinic

iThemba Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Clinic is a free in-patient treatment clinic based in Krugersdorp within Sterkfontein Psychiatric Hospital, rendering therapeutic and medical treatment services to people who have a substance dependency problem. The clinic was registered on the 21st of December 2011. It was then launched on the 05th of February 2014. We have multidisciplinary experts which are: Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers and Social Auxiliary Workers to assist patients to overcome their substance dependency.

iThemba has a six weeks treatment programme which includes Therapeutic Counseling, Aftercare Services, Detoxification and 24/7 Medical Treatment. We cater for 40 males who are 18 years old and above.
