Jalex Counselling provides specialized counseling services in a private practice in Centurion. We provide a caring and comfortable space for you to talk about your feelings and concerns and find the strength to deal with life’s difficulties. Our areas of focus include:

We also offer Trauma Training Workshops to teach members of the community such as CPF volunteers, lay counsellors, educators, first responders and SAPS members the skills needed to do trauma counselling and debriefing.
